An international consensus meeting, with the emphasis on animal welfare and the 3 R's, will be held at Oslo airport from 21st - 22nd May 2008.

The 6th World Congress on Alternatives & Animal Use in the Life Sciences was held in Tokyo from August 21st - 25th 2007. (The 5th World Congress was held in Berlin from 21st - 25th August 2005).
The third annual meeting of the Norwegian Transgenic Animal Forum (NTAF) was held at Hankø from 20th-21st September.
The 10th FELASA/ICLAS meeting was held in Italy from 11th - 14th June 2007. The European Society for Laboratory Animal Veterinarians (ESLAV)
and the Italian Association of Laboratory Animal Sciences (AISAL) held
their joint meeting on June 10th-11th 2007, just prior to the
FELASA/ICLAS meeting.
Harmonisation of the Care & Use of Fish in Research, an international consensus meeting was held in Oslo from 23rd - 26th May 2005. This site features a large number of links to resources on the care and use of fish in research, including all the lecturers' presentations from the meeting.
