Description: Individual interactive atlases covering the pathology of individual organ systems. Each comprehensive atlas consists of dozens of full-screen, high-resolution colour images of gross and histological specimens. Images are clearly labelled, and all are randomly accessible using a searchable index. This software CD covers pathology of twelve organ systems. They include: Cardio Pathology; Central Nervous System Pathology; Dermatopathology; Gastrointestinal Pathology; Hepatic and Pancreatic Pathology; Lymphatic Pathology; Musculoskeletal Pathology; Renal Pathology; Tumor Pathology; Male Reproductive Pathology; Female Reproductive Pathology; and Pathology of the Pregnant Uterus. System requirements: Macintosh Power PC or Windows PC, 16 bit (thousands) colour or higher, 800 X 600 screen resolution, and a CD drive. This program was developed by The Computer Assisted Learning Facility (CALF), School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California, Davis. This item may be borrowed for up to 6 weeks through the Alternative Loan System of the International Network for Humane Education (InterNICHE), free of charge, but return postage must be paid by the person who has borrowed the product.
